My Story

My name is Hairon Stiven, and I am happy to say hello to you through this means. I hope this finds you doing well. I live with my parents and two siblings. We attend the Prince of Peace Church twice weekly. I am grateful to LW for encouraging my family and me to continue growing spiritually. A teacher of the evangelism team spoke with my mother to collect this information for you. I want to use this opportunity to tell you the feeding program is tremendously important for us. May children and teenagers like me receive food and medicines. My father, Antonio Riz, is 51 years old. He tends his own business that consists of fixing cars. He supports our family with his income. Besides that, he grows corn for our family's consumption.

My mother, Juana Hernandez, is 45 years old. She keeps busy doing the chores and raising hens. Thankfully, my whole family is in good health. Nowadays, everything is expensive. We need groceries at home. I am fourteen years old and nowadays, I am recovering. As you know, I had hearing problems in my right ear, so I underwent surgery. Fortunately, everything has gone well after that moment. I am a sixth grader and because of my current condition, I study at home. I want to continue attending school at least until the end of middle school. My favorite holiday is Christmas; I like burning firecrackers and going for walks during that lovely time. I love drinking Coca-Cola and playing soccer. My birthday will be in November. I love celebrating my birthday because my parents buy a delicious cake. I say goodbye to you for now, but I send you many kisses and hugs through this letter.
