My Story

Hello! Through this update, I greet you fondly in the name of Jesus. My full name is Juan Elias Abraham Gutierrez Riz, and it is a privilege to share my news with you. I hope you find it engaging. I am a healthy 9-year-old boy. I am in first grade at school. I am glad because I have classes in the morning. After school, I dedicate my time to doing homework. I usually help my father to gather firewood on weekends. I am glad and grateful to you for blessing me with tasty food. Fried chicken is my favorite food at the feeding program. I like celebrating Christmas at this project because of the engaging games and activities.

Now, let me tell you a little about my family. We share our house and expenses with my oldest sister and her husband. My father works as a day laborer. He also cuts sugar cane at the coast. On the other hand, my mom raises pigs and hens to sell. She does her best to help my father a little economically. Thankfully, there is nobody sick at home. We are members of the Catholic Church. I am so happy because I accepted Jesus as my Savior about five years ago. As for my parents, let me tell you they did it many years ago. We trust in our salvation and appreciate the teacher of the LW evangelism team for encouraging us to continue growing spiritually. May the Lord spill many blessings upon you and your family!
