My Story

Hello! I greet you in the name of Jesus and I hope you are blessed alongside your loved family.  In this opportunity, I want to share with you a little about my family and me. My name is Genesis Alejandra Chalib Davila and I am 16 years old. Nowadays, we are attending the Church called “Refugio de la Oveja” every Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Thank you to the LW evangelism team who encouraged my family with their words to continue seeking God. My mother´s name is Magda Maritza Chalib Davila.  She is 27 years old. Unfortunately, this year she suffers from diabetes. Fortunately, she visited the doctor and she is taking medicine.  Currently, my older brother Michael Martinez is working as a driver in order to support home expenses. As a humble family, our priority needs are groceries.

This year, I am in 4^th, 5^th, and 6^th grade at the same time. I am receiving face-to-face classes every Sunday. I Have been learning well so far! Currently, school fees are expensive sometimes it is difficult for my brother to cover all expenses. In the future, I want to become a doctor, also I would like to learn the French language. My favorite season of the year is winter because I like the cold weather.  What I like to do for my birthday is to give thanks to God for the new year of my life. I like to drink lemonade. Among sports, I prefer basketball. My family and I are so grateful to Living Water because we have been blessed with meals, medical and dental, and spiritual support. I want to say thank you for the Christmas gift that I receive every end of the year. I hope you like to read my letter. May God bless you greatly!
