It is a pleasure for me to greet you through this. I hope this finds you doing well. I am Juan David Hernandez Morales. I am seventeen years old. This year, I could not continue my studies due to the lack of economic resources. So currently, I am working as a delivery man. I really missed the food and the teachings that they gave before lunch in the feeding program. I get there in fifteen minutes. My father works as a bricklayer's helper, and my mom does the cleaning for other people. They both work hard to provide for us economically. We stay at home watching TV series to spend time together. On Christmas, we prepared fruit punch and a special meal. At the moment, we are attending The Power of the Word Church, located twenty minutes away from home. At the time the church was closed due to the pandemic, we were desperate, but the good thing is that it is already open.
We live in a two-room house, and we cook our meals within one of the rooms. The house’s walls are made of cement block, its roof of tin sheets and its floor of concrete. It does have electricity and running water. Our wish is to have concrete on the roof and build more rooms. Please pray for us to get this goal with God’s help. The pandemic did affect us a lot because we didn't have jobs, and my mom was in the hospital because of covid. That time was hard, but we are alive, and that's good. God has been good to us, and he provided us with grocery bags through the feeding program. It was all a great help for my family and me because food supplies are a great need at home, and so are house payments. I am so grateful to all the ones who provided this support to us. May God bless you greatly! For now, we are all doing well, thank God. Lastly, I want you to know that mom gave this information to an Evangelism team member to share with you my last news. Thank you for reading this. I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Juan David Hernandez Morales
