I would like first of all to thank you for taking the time to read my update. I tell you that I walk for twenty minutes to arrive to the feeding program. I am Luis Angel. I am 12 years old and I will have my birthday in November. I no longer attend school this year, so I now stay at home and I help my mother with the household chores, watch TV and play with my cousins.
The people who live in the house are my mother, siblings and me. My mother’s duties are taking care of us and doing the housework. She was working as a maid but she was fired due to the pandemic. We have been surviving thanks to my mother’s savings, groceries that other people give us and my oldest brothers’ support; they are farmers. We are not attending a church. I am grateful to God because we all are in good health. In spite of the hard health situation that we are currently facing in our country, our Lord has been taking care of us. We trust in our Lord's mercy and that He will put His healing hands over all people who are suffering during this pandemic. I would like to receive a letter from you and have the opportunity to share our life experiences with each other.
Thinking of you!
Luis Angel Pelen Lopez
