My Story

Hello! My name is Romina Spaholli. I am 8 years old and my birthday is on October 20th. I am doing well and enjoy good health. My favorite color is pink and my future dream is to study and become a medical nurse. I like to work in a hospital where I can help the people with what they need till they get recovered and are back to good health. I frequent school for the first part of the day. The school is close to where I live, even though, my mother brings me to school every morning and she comes so we can walk together back in the house. The subject I like studying the best is Mathematics. We have a long break at school and I spend this time to engage in games and conversations with my class friends. After school I like to get together with my friends so that we can play for a while. While I am outside playing with my friends, my sister who is older has an eye on me. Our games are simple as run races, hide and seek, jumping with elastics, etc. When I go inside the house, I like to play with my dolls and watch cartoons. My favorite cartoons is Rossie the Blue. After playing inside the house, I collect my staff as dolls, toys and put them inside the box to make order in the room. I also mop the floors and un dust our table and chairs. When I sit to study, my sister always checks on my homework, before I deliver it to the teacher. We are at present during spring and have started our usual walks during the evenings. My mother, sister and I get out for walks and we enjoy playing in the park of our town. We live in a house that my mother is renting. In my family I have my mother and sister. My father passed away four years ago. My mother receives a small amount as assistance from the local government. This is a small amount, but it worths a lot and is useful for us. My mother is jobless and the assistance amount is what we have as family income. My sister and my mother are registered both in the program of Adopt a Child and we receive three packages of food every six weeks. The church has blessed my mother from time to time with special aid in clothes for her and us. I am happy that I am getting spiritual and physical care attending the Living Water Adopt a Child church. Thank you for reading about me. I am answering the question that the team is asking me in order for them to create my story, same as I am telling it to you myself. Thank you for your support and care and God bless you!
