My Story

Hello, everybody! I hope this letter finds you prospered and blessed in the name of Jesus. In this opportunity, I want to start by expressing how grateful my family and I are for food, medical care and other benefits that I have received at the feeding program. May God bless each person that makes the social labor of this organization possible! My full name is Sabrina Yoselin Carolina Cruz Clemente and I have attended this charity organization for more than ten years. I am 18 years old and I am in the second grade (11^th grade) of my professional career to become an accountant. This career includes a special training in computers. Fortunately, I am in good health. I prefer cold weather rather than hot. I usually help my mother to clean our house or wash the dishes.

My mother is a single parent and her health condition is good. She works hard as a domestic employee to support our family. By the grace of the Lord, my oldest brother helps us to cover the electricity and running water expenses. We are members of the Catholic Church and what motivates us to persevere is participating in the holy mass and other engaging activities. We believe that keeping an active connection with God through prayer and doing good things for others will help us to reach our spiritual goal, which is going to heaven. Brother Emanuel (a member of the LW staff) recently encouraged us to continue loving God above all things and, especially, to love our neighbors as ourselves. I will leave you now, but I kindly ask you to pray for my family and me so that God will keep us healthy and safe.
