This is Wilson Alexander De La Cruz Jimon, and I fondly greet you from the beautiful mountains in Quiche, Guatemala. I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am 16 years old, and I no longer attend school. I work alongside my stepfather on a project that provides water to the villages. Our work consists of digging ditches. We work the whole week, except on Sundays. So, I take advantage of that day to rest. My stepfather and I also grow corn for our consumption. My mom keeps busy at home with the housework. She also raises hens to sell or to consume at home. Fortunately, we are all in good health.
My family and I do not attend any church at the moment. Therefore, a teacher of the LW evangelism team shared the gospel with me recently. She also encouraged me to seek Jesus. I appreciate her encouraging words and hope to do it soon. I like attending the feeding program because I can have delicious food for lunch. My favorite food is shredded beef in red sauce. When Christmas comes, the LW staff organizes a lovely Christmas party. What I enjoy the most are the games and Christmas gifts. I will leave you now, but thank you so much for reading my information. See you later!
Cordiality yours,
Wilson Alexander De La Cruz Jimon
