My Story

Hi! I greet you cordially, hoping you have a blessed and brilliant day. My name is Ashleyn Scarleth Say Moran and I am 16 years old. Currently, we are not attending any church. Thank you to the LW team who shared the gospel with me and for their encouraging words during the visit. Unfortunately, this year 2,023 I repeated the 7^th grade at school. I want to tell you the reason: First, in 2021, I started 7th grade, but I could not continue due to my father's death. In 2022, I started 7^th grade again, but I left because I went to Malacatan, San Marcos Village. Finally, this year, I received face-to-face classes every day. I learned a lot with this study method. Nowadays, school fees are expensive, but my mother made an effort to support me with school expenses. Sometimes, it wasn't easy to cover every expense because she did not have a stable job. I speak Spanish, but I would like to learn the English language. My dream is to become a lawyer. My favorite season of the year is summer because I like to play in the water with my cousins and friends on a sunny day. Coca-Cola is my favorite beverage. Among sports, I prefer football. We have 2 dogs at home. What I like for my birthday is to eat a delicious cake and to visit the grave of my father along with my family. By the grace of God, my family and I are in good health.

My mother`s name is Indira Elizabeth Moran. She is 53 years old. At the moment, she continues earning a living by working as a cook in a coffee shop in order to support us financially because she is the only one that provides for our home. As a humble family, our current needs are groceries and school fees. We are grateful to Living Water because we have been blessed with meals, medical and dental, and spiritual support. I want to say thank you for the Christmas gift that you sent to me recently through LW and for everything you have done for me. May God bless you and take care of you!
