My Story

Hello! I hope my letter finds you in good health together with your loved ones. This is Marta Estela, and I want to tell you a little about my life. I am 22 years old, and I am healthy; I have attended LW Clinics when it has been necessary. I have been very blessed through the feeding center, especially with the lunches and grocery bags. My favorite dish there is the fried chicken. I enjoy being part of LW Christmas celebration because we sing praises and receive a present. I no longer attend school, so I keep busy shepherding our sheep and cows. I help with the household chores on weekends.

My family and I live in a place called Xoljib. My father works as a farmer four days per week, and he is the one who covers the home expenses. I would like to ask for your prayers for him because he is having alcoholic problems. My mother works hard at home and takes care of us. LW Evangelism team has shared the gospel with us, and they encouraged us to seek a church since we stopped attending the Catholic Church; we hope to do it soon. We grow corn and black beans for selling and eating, and we also raise pigs, cows, sheep and hens. My mother helped me to give this information and I hope you find it interesting. I pray God blesses you in a big way.
