My Story

It is a beautiful day to greet you and I trust our Heavenly father is taking care of you! This time LW staff shared the gospel with us and encouraged us to look for a church and seek God; we appreciate so much they are worried about our spiritual life. I am so thankful to God because my family and I are healthy. My father fractured his legs, and it is hard for him to walk, however, he can work. My father is Esdras Josue Zamora Chogua, and he is 41 years old. He is employed as a baker and he us supplying the family´s needs. My mother is Odilia Chocoj Lux, and she is 34 years old. She tries to help my father with the income; she works in San Sabastian farm by picking up the macadamia seeds.

This is Anderson Garilen Zamora Chocoj, and I am 14 years old. I returned to school this year, and I am in 5th grade. I receive classes at school, and I am learning many things. It is very difficult for my parents to support me at school, especially since my father had the accident that fractured his legs. He does not earn very much in his job. I want to tell you that my dream is to become a professional pastry chef. The language that catches my attention is English because it is very interesting. My hobby is playing football, which is my favorite sport. My favorite drink is Pepsi. As a family, we like to celebrate our birthdays by sharing a cake; each of us enjoys our special days. I love sharing a good time with my family; we like to meet up with our relatives at Christmas. I have some time being part of the feeding program and I have received support which is a great blessing for me and my family. Since my father had the accident, we have gone through many difficulties and the recovering process has been so long. So, as a family, we are in need of food. Sending much love. Many and abundant blessings to you!

Best wishes,

Anderson Garilen Zamora Chocoj
