My Story

What a blessing to have communication with you! I hope things are going right for you at home. First, I want you to know that my mother gave this information to the LW team. Let me tell you that we still go to Mount Hebron Church. We have services on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays. My father is Felipe de Jesus Cach Chajon. He is 47 years old. He lives with us. He continues working by selling sponges on the streets. My mother`s name is Glenda Rosibel Garcia Cerrato. She is 38 years old. She lives with us and spends her time doing the household chores and taking care of us. We have two dogs and two canaries as pets.

I am Tamy Johana Cach Garcia. I am 13 years old. I attend 6th grade this year and I did not repeat. It is easier to study by attending classes at school. For that reason, I prefer to go school than to study from home. It has been hard for my parents to cover my school expenses since my father does not have a stable job. In the future, I would like to become a Lawyer. My favorite time of the year is Christmas because I like eating tamales and drinking fruit punch. Besides, it is a good time to share with the family and friends. My favorite drink is soda. If I have the opportunity to learn a new language, I would choose English. I enjoy eating cake for my birthday, and I pray for God to provide the resources for my family to have one next year. Talking about sports, well, let`s say that my favorite is basketball. As a family, our necessities are groceries and beds. I thank you for all the support I have received from Living Water because it is always a blessing. My family also joins my feelings, and we bless every person who generously contributes to this project and makes this possible. May God bless you abundantly!

Love you,

Tamy Johana Cach Garcia
