I hope this letter finds you in good health. My name is Sergio Rodrigo Jacinto Pachel, and I am 13 years old. I am in 7th grade this year, and I go to bring my study guides to school every 15 days. It has not been easy to study with this method because I do not have an extensive explanation of the lessons. We do not have internet at home, so we have to buy an internet plan on the phone when necessary. I help in a bakery shop near my house, and I receive some money for doing it. I was missing the feeding program’s food and Bible classes, but I am happy now because it has opened its doors again. I walk for 10 minutes to arrive to the program. My father works as a carpenter in a nearby town while my mother dedicates her time to the family and home.
We spend time as a family on Sundays, and we usually go to play to the park. We celebrated Christmas with my grandmother, and we ate “tamales”. At the moment, we are not attending a church. We live in our own house which has two rooms including the kitchen. Our house is made of tin sheets and concrete blocks with a tin sheet roof and concrete floor; it has running water and electricity. I am grateful to God because my family and I are in good health. At the beginning of this pandemic, our incomes were low, and we survived thanks to my mother who found a job. Fortunately, this situation changed, and we are fine now. My mother helped me to give this information to one of the Evangelism teachers to tell you about my life.
Yours truly
Sergio Rodrigo Jacinto Pachel
