My Story

Hello! My full name is Yosalina Coj Hernandez, and it is such a blessing to share with you my updated information. I am 7 years old and I am in pre-kinder. I have attended the feeding program for about three years. Before my meals, I receive Bible lessons which I enjoy it so much because the evangelism team shares with me beautiful stories about Jesus. Luckily, I am in good health and after coming back from school, I dedicate myself to playing. I prefer cold rather than hot weather. I love the rainy season because I like playing in puddles. About my parents, I want you to know that my father makes a living as a day laborer and continues under treatment because he suffers from neuropathy.

On the other hand, my mother is doing well. She keeps busy as a housewife and taking care of me. She had the opportunity to attend the feeding program when she was a child. That was a blessing since she could enjoy meals that her family could not buy. I want to tell you that sister Yesenmia (a member of the LW staff) recently encouraged my father to keep going in his faith since he has assurance of his salvation. He received Jesus in his heart a while ago, which is fantastic. We are a Catholic family and feel motivated to persevere at church because of the fraternity that we have to each other. It is time to say goodbye, but I kindly ask you to pray for my father and his health improvement. In advance, thank you so much!
