Hello! Let me begin by thanking you for taking the time to read my update. I want to tell you that I walk for one hour to arrive to the feeding program. I am Keily Vanessa. I am 14 years old and I had my birthday in June. Last year I passed my seventh grade. I enjoy “Hogar” class: (a subject where I learned how to bake, to do embroidery and other interesting things) but Social Studies is a little difficult for me. For now, I help with the cleaning and other chores.
The people who live in the house are my mother, siblings and me. Unfortunately, my father is in jail due to some problems. My mother´s duties are taking care of us and doing the housework. She does not have a stable job and is doing odd jobs. In addition, the pandemic has greatly affected our economy. Thanks to God, we have received groceries from LW and it is so helpful to my family. My family and I are members of Siloe Pond Church, and due to the pandemic situation, we are praying at home. I am grateful to God because we all are in good health and none of us have been infected by covid-19 so far. In spite of the hard health situation that we are currently facing in our country, our Lord has been taking care of us. We trust in our Lord's mercy and that He will put His healing hands over all people who are suffering during this pandemic. I would like to receive a letter from you and have the opportunity to share our life experiences with each other.
God bless you!
