My Story

Hello! I greet you cordially, and I hope you and you are blessed by our Lord Jesus. I want to share some news about my family and me in this opportunity. I am Maryoli Marielos Gomez Lopez, and I am 12 years old. Thank God we continue attending the Catholic Church. We are grateful to the LW evangelism team who shared the Gospel with us and for their encouraging words. This year I am in 6^th grade at school. I am learning a lot by attending face-to-face classes every day, and I love spending time with my classmates. At the moment, my mother and stepfather are making an effort to support my sister and me at school in spite of the school fees being so expensive and that they do not have stable jobs. My dream is to become a professional chef. I speak Spanish where I live, but I would like to learn English; I think this is a very interesting language. Summer is my favorite season of the year because I go out for a walk with my family. Orange juice is what I love to drink. What I like to do for my birthday is to spend that day with my family. About sports, I prefer soccer. I want to let you know that I have a cat as a pet at home. By the grace of God, my family and I are in good health.

My mother`s name is Ana Beatriz Gomez Lopez. She is 33 years old. Nowadays, she continues earning a living by working as a maid in order to support the family. As you know, my stepfather Juan Carlos Ortiz Barrera continues working as a delivery man for a water company distributer, and he helps us with home expenses. As a humble family, our current needs are groceries and prayers. We are grateful to Living Water because we have been blessed with meals, medical and dental care and spiritual support. I want to say thank you for the Christmas gift that I receive every end of the year. I hope you like my letter.  May God bless you greatly!
