I am Jhosua Aaron Alexandre. This year I will turn 15 years old and I live with my mother and sister. I attend 8th grade and I am receiving virtual classes. I send my homework by Classroom App or WhatsApp every day or every week. For me, it has been very difficult because I do not have a smartphone to receive my classes. Sadly, I do not have my father’s support because he abandoned us years ago. Since then, my mother is the one who strives to supply our needs; she works as a nanny or cleaning houses for others. Thank God, my mother´s brother Cesar Aguilar works in a pet shop and is supporting us economically.
I want to tell you that in spite of the hard times due to the covid-19 pandemic, we are moving forward little by little. Unfortunately, my mother does not have a stable job and it has been very difficult for her to get a job. Nevertheless, we have seen God´s faithfulness through the groceries that we receive from Living Water /Adopt A Child. We appreciate the help that LW has given to us during the pandemic situation because my mother does not always have enough resources to buy everything that we need. We give thanks to you and LW staff and we pray our Lord continues blessing you greatly. Fortunately, the covid-19 has not affected us so far and we are sure that our Lord is protecting us. We are not attending church due to the pandemic situation. I want to let you know that a member of the AAC team called my mother, Lourdes Perez by phone to get this updated information since the feeding program is still closed due to the pandemic. I say good-bye to you for now. Many blessings!
Lots of love,
Jhosua Aaron Alexandre Perez Aguilar
