I am Genesis Jimena Alejandra Ruano Ochoa, and it is a blessing for me to greet you through this. I hope this finds you doing well. I am seventeen years old. This year I am in the first year of a training in Tourism. Currently, I am receiving face-to-face classes at school every day, so in those days I hand in my schoolwork to the teacher. When I received online classes, I did not learn much, but now that they are face-to-face, I think it will be different. The things I missed from the feeding program were delicious food, the teachings and attending it along with my siblings. I get there in fifteen minutes by walking. My dad is an OZI order supervisor. He works from home some days and some days in the office. My mom is not living with my dad since last year, but she does have communication with us. I live with her, but my sister stays with her for a week and the other week stays with my dad. My mom works at a supermarket, and thanks to it, she provides for us. My parents take their time to be with us. At the moment, we are not attending any church.
We live in a three-room house with a separate kitchen. The walls are made of cement block, the roof of cement and tin sheets, and the floor of ceramic. It does have electricity and running water. The house condition is good. During the pandemic, my mom lost her job, and that affected our household expenses. Thank God, my dad always had a job. Food supplies are a great at home, so for that reason, I thank the feeding program for the grocery bags we received. It was a great help, and we always got it just in time. Thank you very much for blessing us this way. I also want to ask you to please pray for us to not have lack of money to meet our study expenses which is also a need at home. Thanks for your prayers! I also pray for God to bless you and your family. At the moment, we are all doing well, thank God. Finally, I want you to know my mom gave this information to an Evangelism team member to share with you my last news. I say goodbye to you for now. I hope to hear from you soon.
Gratefully,
Genesis Jimena Alejandra Ruano Ochoa
