Hello and greetings. My name is Emily. I am 3 years old and my birthday is on September. I am doing well and my health is good. My favorite color is pink and my future dream is to become a medical doctor. I have started recently the kindergarten and during the first week, I had to get used to this change. I spend the first part of the day at kindergarten and now, I have made new friends from my classmates. I like to go there and learn new things. Most of all, after learning, we sing songs, do lots of drawing and coloring and we also play with toys and dolls. When I go in the house, I continue to play inside with dolls and when the weather is nice, I also go out to play with my friends. We play hide and seek, jump with elastics, and do lots of running. After playing, I like to collect my dolls and toys and put them in the drawer, so that the room can be again back to normal. I live in a village that is near the town of Prrenjas. We go often to this town, especially on weekends, when they have the open market day, and while I am there, I like to play in the park, or get sweets and drinks. Our house is in good living conditions. My father works in emigration, and he has legal papers to stay working in this town for as long as he has a job offered to him. He goes to work doing various jobs, as offered opportunities, a season he works in agriculture and another season he works in construction. We miss him while he works in Greece but on the other hand, we are happy that he works to provide for our whole family. My parents own land, but they are not planting it, so they quit dealing with farming. My mother planted the vegetables on spring, and she is watering the garden almost every day till the vegetables grow and are ready to collect. She gets too busy working in the garden. I have an older sister. She is also in the program. She likes to spend time playing and carrying for me at times when my mother gets too busy working or doing cleaning, cooking, etc. We are not very poor, because my father has emigrated for a longer time this year, but our needs are again a lot. I attend the program of Adopt a Child and receive food packages every two months. The food is a big help to our whole family. I am happy to go to the Bible classes of the church where I meet with my friends and where we all learn about the Lord. God bless you for all your support and care.
