My Story

Hello, good morning! I am pleased to share with you a little bit about my life through this letter. My name is Esvin Alejandro Benito Lopez and I am a healthy 6-year-old boy. I am in kindergarten and I have attended the feeding program for about two years. What I like the most is praying for my meals during the Bible lessons. When I come back home, I like playing with my youngest brother. My favorite beverages are atoles, especially when it is cold. I attend the Sunday Bible school of my church and I would like to serve there when I grow up. My family and I are happy for being members of the Pentecostal Church Prince of Peace because our siblings in Christ always welcome us with happiness.

My mother already received Jesus in my heart, and due to that, she has assurance of going to Heaven. She is doing well and works hard as a day laborer to support me. Moreover, she sells chickens that she raises. We live with my grandparents and uncles, so we share the expenses with them. I want to tell you that I do not have my father with me because he is in the United States. He recently separated from my mother, but he continues helping me financially. He is also in touch with me every fifteen days. To end this update, I want you to know that my mother felt motivated to enroll me at LW-Adopt A Child because she wanted me to receive the blessings that she enjoyed when she was a child. She remembers that she used to walk long distances to get there. Until next time!
