My Story

Hello! My full name is Felix Hernandez Rodriguez, and it is such a blessing to share my 2026 news with you. First, I tell you that I have attended the feeding program for two years. What I like the most is learning bible stories. Thank you so much for making this and other blessings possible with your donations through LW-Adopt A Child! I tell you that my family and I attend the Assembly of God Church. We feel motivated to go there because of the fellowship and engaging services. What we like the most is singing. My family and I accepted Jesus as our savior a while ago, so we trust God will allow us to get into Heaven. I want to use this opportunity to ask you to pray for the well-being of my family, especially for my mother.

She suffers from nerve disturbances which cause her problems to fall asleep. She is not under medical treatment due to a lack of financial resources. She is worried about the bad condition of our kitchen since water gets inside during rainy season. The kitchen is made of wood beams with nylon roof. My mother is a single parent and does her best to support our family by weaving clothes and doing the laundry for our neighbors. About me, I tell you that I am a healthy boy. I will turn 11 years old in October. I attend the second grade at school and I like going to the river with my family when it is hot. At home, my brother and I gather firewood for our consumption.
