My Story

Hello! My name is Mira Dingo. I am 52 years old, and my birthday is on November 26th. I live with my husband and my mother-in-law, who is ill and requires medication. My health is generally good, but there are times when I face health issues. I am not employed because I need to take care of my mother-in-law, so my husband is the only one working. He takes on any job he can find to provide for our family, but despite his efforts, our financial situation remains very difficult. Covering daily expenses, including my mother-in-law’s medical needs, is often a struggle.

Despite these challenges, we are deeply grateful for the support we receive from the church in Polican. I regularly attend the services there, and the church has been a great blessing to us. Every two months, I receive a food package, which helps us during these difficult times. In addition to the main service on Wednesday, the church also organizes special meetings for women, children, and youth, providing encouragement and fellowship. The kindness and care of the church community give us strength and hope.

Even though our financial situation is tough, I trust in the Lord’s provision and remain thankful for the support I receive. I believe that God is always faithful, and I hold onto hope that He will continue to take care of us. I am thankful to the Lord that He is blessing us through the Adopt a Child program.
