I hope this letter finds you happy and healthy. This is Lesbia Melisa Garcia Chingo. I am 5 years old. I did not attend school due to my young age. I feel so happy to be part of the feeding program for 1 year. I like it when we pray before we eat. I am in good health. I help my mother at home sweeping and feeding the chickens. I enjoy going to church with my mother.
Family means everything to me. They are all blessed with good health, thank God. My father struggles to support the family working as a farmer in a coffee plantation at the Coast. He visits us every four months, stays with us for a week, and then returns to work. However, he is in touch with us and sends a monthly support. My mother stays at home doing the chores, and she earns extra money raising chickens to sell when she needs to. My mother was part of the feeding program when she was young. What she liked best were the soccer games that evangelism teachers organized between the programs. Based on her experience, she decided to send us. We attend the Catholic Church. We ask for your prayers, especially for my brother Jeremias, that God may restore his health. Thank you for taking the time to read my letter and I hope you are so happy to hear from me.
Sending you the biggest hug in the world,
Lesbia Melisa Garcia Chingo
