My Story

Hello! I feel so happy because I have the privilege to tell you a little more about my life through this. My parents are doing fine and enjoying good health. My mother helped LW team to collect this information and she was encouraged to continue growing in her faith because she is assured of her salvation. For me, Jesus also is my savior. As a family, we like to celebrate our birthdays at church, and as you know, we belong to the Catholic Church.

My name is Wendy Maritza Chingo Rodriguez and my best friend`s name is Kelin. We met two years ago and we like to play soccer when we have the opportunity. I am an eleven-year-old girl and I am a third-grade student. I was so happy when I passed my grade last year. I know that God helped me to learn and understand all about my homework from classes through the year and I am thankful.

I identify with my mother because sometimes, she buys me clothing, but only when she can. Her name is Juana and she is doing the chores at home and she also contributes with some money by raising and selling her hens. My father Juan is earning a living as a farmer and day laborer. They try to cover every family need and thankfully, they are doing well and in good health. I send you all the best from the bottom of my heart. Have a beautiful and blessed day!
