My Story

Hello! My full name is Yashly Vanesa de la Cruz Morente, and I feel blessed to greet you through this letter. I am 5 years old, and fortunately, I am healthy. I am in kindergarten I. I enjoy attending school because I have friends and learn a lot. My best friend’s name is Sheyli. We usually talk, eat a snack, or play during recess. By God’s grace, I have a lovely and healthy family. I love my mother so much because she prays so I have success at school. Jesus is God, and I am sure He has heard my mother's prayer because I have felt His loving protection. My mother and I enjoy having our meals the most. She keeps busy doing the chores, while my father works as a farmer and a day laborer in our village.

We attend the Prince of Peace Church. The services for the anniversary of our church are the best, so we enjoy them a lot. To end this letter, let me tell you that my mother and a staff member of LW helped me write this, since I still cannot do it by myself. See you later!
