My Story

Good morning! My full name is Angel Samuel Marroquin Mejia and I thank you for the privilege to belong to the Feeding Program. I was registered two years ago because I found out about the Project through Liberty Church. As you know, my family and I are members of the church. My parents are thankful for the medical and dental support for me. In addition, I am thankful for the plate of food I get in the Feeding Program. It has been a big blessing in my life.

I am nine years old. I am in 3^rd grade and I love cold weather. I help my mother to fold the clean clothing. I love to attend the Sunday School from my church, and together with my family, we like to learn the word of God because it encourages us to continue following him. I live with my parents at home and my father is the only one that sustains the family. Nowadays, he works as a farmer and my mother is a stay-at-home-mom. I am thankful to God because my parents and I are in good health.

The LW teacher prayed for my brother Carlos because he suffers from mental retardation. My mother was encouraged to continue seeking God and we are assured of our salvation in Jesus because we also talk to other people about him and are faithful to the church.
