My Story

Hello! I greet you in the name of Jesus and I hope you and your family are blessed. It is a good opportunity to tell you a little about my family and me through this letter. About me: I am Arnoldo Alberto Ruiz Ajqui and I am 12 years old. I am a healthy boy. This year I am in 4th grade at school and I go to study every morning.  I spend my weekend helping my mother doing chores at home. LW has blessed my family and my life through the delicious meals for lunch like the fried chicken that I love eating. In addition, I have received medicine through the medical clinic. I enjoyed receiving my special gift and the plays during the Christmas celebration at the Feeding Center in December. My family is grateful for every benefit that I have received from the Ministry.

About my family: My father`s name is Agustin Ruiz Gomez. As you know, he does not live with the family, but he contributes to our home expenses. Every month he helps us with Q 600.00=US$77.32 but it is not enough to cover every need. My mother`s name is Felipa Ajqui Chivalan.  She lives with the family. She is in good health. She raises hens to sell and get some income. I want to let you know, that I have a stepfather. He is Carlos Coj Benito. He lives with us and he works as a farmer and day laborer. Moreover, he grows corn for our family consumption. He is in good health, but he has problems with alcohol addiction. I ask for your prayers for him and also for provision for my school expenses. Nowadays, only my stepfather goes to the Catholic Church even though he has not accepted Jesus in his heart. The LW team encouraged my mother to seek God and attend the church. I hope you like to read my letter because I send this with much love. May God bless you always! (My mother provided this information to the Evangelism teacher)

Lots of love,
