My Story

In this morning, I am sending to you many blessings! My full name is Walter Rodriguez Gutierrez. I live under my mother`s care because my father is living and working in Guatemala City in a grocery store. My mother earns a living as a farmer and day laborer to contribute to the home expenses. My maternal grandparents also live with us at home. My mother helped the LW teacher to collect this information, and she would like to ask for your prayers for our well-being.

We continue attending the Church of Christ, and we like to learn about God in the services.  We have accepted Jesus in our hearts, so we are assured in our salvation. The LW teacher encouraged my mother to continue seeking God. I enjoy attending the Bible classes because I learn verses from the Bible. My mother was a registered child in the Feeding Program when she was a child, and she told me that she belonged to the youth class. They sang and she participated in many activities. She enrolled me two years ago due to her nice experience and for the hot meals and medicines that I get in the Feeding Program.  

I am ten years old, and unfortunately, I am repeating the 2^nd grade this year. I help my mother to sweep. I love cold weather because I like to wear my warm clothing. I enjoy attending my church along with my mother. Thank you for your support and may God bless you greatly!
