My Story

Hello! I am writing this letter with much love to you. I hope you are doing well in the name of Jesus. This is Roslin Karina Marroquin Rodriguez, and I am 9 years old. Before telling you more about my life, thank you so much for reading my information. Fortunately, I am a healthy girl. I am in third grade and attend school on the morning shift. My favorite pastime is playing with my doll. The people who I live with are my mom and grandparents. Thankfully, they are in good health. Please pray for my whole family and me so the Lord keeps us healthy. My mom is a single parent. She works as a domestic employee to cover my needs and help with the household expenses. As for my grandparents, let me tell you that my grandfather makes a living as a mason, and my grandmother is a housewife. We have some domestic animals and harvest corn at home for our consumption.

We have been members of a Methodist Church for many years. Fortunately, my mom welcomed Jesus into her heart many years ago. A teacher of the LW evangelism team visited my family and me recently. He collected all this information to let you know about it and encouraged my mom to continue trusting that Jesus is our Savior. We appreciate the spiritual support that LW has given us. Besides that, this project has blessed my family and me with food. I get a lot of excitement when the staff prepares fried chicken for lunch. That is my favorite food. Last year, I celebrated Christmas at the feeding program. I enjoyed that lovely party so much. I say goodbye to you now, but I hope to hear from you soon.
