My Story

Hello! My name is Anila Piperi. I am 42 years old and my birthday is on September 15th. I am living as widow since six years old. I have four children, two boys and two girls. My boys are grown up and have left the house and are corrently working to provide for themselves and families and I live with my two daughters. I face health issues. When my husband died, I was filled with grief and anxiety and I was suffering till at the point of depression. I did have medication to cure that and I am happy it is all gone. Still, I need to take some medicine for curing my blood pressure. My older daughter has autism and she is classified with different abilities. She is treated with an invalid pension and since we specialized center in the town, I bring her there where she stays for the first part of the day. Sometimes she feels well and is happy but there are times when she will be too nervous and hard to control. So carrying for this young lady is a joy but at times a challenge. My other daughter is 12 years old. She is well and goes to school. I am also carrying for her to study well and meet all her needs. We live in a flat that we own as family in the town. I am working part time with the company of cleaning and gardening in our town. We plant grass and flowers and we do a lot of cleaning where needed. I receive a small income as care person for my daughter who has autism. My sons will also help me a bit when I am too challenged financially. I am living with very low income and classified as person in need. I have joined the church in the town and I am happy that I have been registered as widow in the sponsorship program. I frequent the church every Sunday and receive food packages constantly, together with both my daughters. Thank you for your constant support and generosity offered to me and God bless you in all.
