My Story

It such a blessing to write this letter to share a little bit about my life with you. Before starting, I want you to know that I appreciate you are taking the time to know about me. I am Kevin Alexander Ordonez Chiguil and I will turn 13 years old in November. I am in good health and I have attended the feeding program for about three years. My family and I are grateful for the services that LW-Adopt A Child provides such as medical and dental care, since they are a great blessing for many children in our town. I want you to know that I am in fifth grade and I usually sweep and wash the dishes to contribute to the chores. I like the cold weather rather than hot.

I live with my parents and young brother. We are conscious that God is important in our life and we need his presence, so we do our best to persevere at Pentecostal Church called Jesus Comes Soon. The main supporter of my family is my father. He is in good health and makes a living as a mechanic. While he works outside, my mother keeps busy doing the chores and taking care of our family. She helped me to compose this letter for you. Could you please pray for her? She has suffered from health issues, but she does not take any medicine since doctors still have not discovered the reason for her condition. To end this letter, I want you know that sister Raquel (a member of the LW staff) recently encouraged my mother to continue looking for God and take care of her salvation, which I appreciate so much.
