My Story

Hello! My full name is Angel Daniel Ramos Pamal and it is such a blessing to share a little bit about my life with you. I am a healthy 10-year-old boy. I hope this letter finds you doing well too. I am in third grade again, but I am doing my best at school not to fail. I usually sweep the floor and wash the dishes to contribute to the chores. I prefer hot weather rather than cold. I attend a Christian Church called the Sound of the Last Trumpet together with my family. Listening to God’s word is what encourages us to persevere there. I want to open my heart and tell you that I do not know anything about my mother since she lost legal custody of my sister and me, and the judge gave it to my grandmother. Could you please pray for us? My grandmother is a housewife, but her health condition is not going well since she suffers from normal health issues for a woman of her age.

Thankfully, she counts on the financial support of two of her sons to cover her medicine and the household expenses. My father was in prison for a while, but he is already free. He does not live with us, but he provides us with financial support. He works hard as a truck driver’s assistant. He has problems with alcohol, but I pray that God touches his heart and changes his life. Therefore, I kindly ask you to join me in prayer for him. It is time to say goodbye, but I want you to know that my grandmother helped me to compose this letter. We took advantage of the visit that sister Raquel (a member of the LW staff) did recently to collect this information and encourage us to take care of our salvation and continue looking for God.
