My Story

This is a wonderful day to say hello to you and thank you for taking the time to read my little story. This is Eddy Garcia Simaj and I want you to know that my mother is living and working in Guatemala City in the tortillas business. She will be there for three months and then she will return to our home. She sends us money every fifteen days to cover our family expenses. My grandmother Vicenta Riz Jimon is taking care of us. She does the chores at home and she also raises hens to sell and earn some money. I admire her because she looks after us with much love. My mother`s name is Alexa and she is the only one that sustains us financially. Unfortunately, my father Diego is not supporting us anymore and we do not know anything about him because he is not in communication with us.

Manuel is the name of my best friend and we like to talk and we also play with toy marbles when we are together. We met one year ago. I studied the second grade this year and I was so happy when I passed my grade last year because God helped me and gave me his wisdom to learn my subjects. I am a nine-year-old boy.

Jesus is my God and thankfully, we are attending the King of Centuries Christian Church. We enjoy the thanksgiving service for our first crops and my grandmother helped to collect this information for you during the visit. Thank you for your attention!
