My Story

Good morning! I am so excited to share my information through this. My name is Yolanda Josefina Luis Gutierrez. I am 12 years old. We are a Christian family and attend Prince of Peace Church. At the end of the year, we have a special service to give thanks to God for all the blessings that we received throughout the year; it is amazing. My sister trusts her salvation in Jesus. We appreciate the encouraging words that an evangelism teacher gave us this time. My dad makes a living as a farmer and day laborer; fortunately, he supplies the home needs. On the other hand, my mom works as a day laborer to contribute to the home needs. My mom, siblings and I are doing well. But I want you to pray for my dad who is sick with gastritis and has not visited a doctor due to a lack of resources.

I want to tell you that I felt so sad when I found out that I did not pass my grade last year, even though I was discouraged, God comforted me to continue studying. So, this year I am repeating 3^rd grade and I will study hard to pass my grade. Leidy and I have been friends since we were very young. We enjoy talking and playing tag. I like to spend time with my mom, and sometimes, I go to work with her. I thank Jesus for forgiving my sins. I would like you to know that my older sister, Irma, shared this information with an evangelism teacher to update you about me. This is all for now and I would like to hear news from you.
