It is a big pleasure for me to greet you through this letter. I hope you are doing well alongside your loved ones. This is your friend Yohana Almendra Gonzalez de la Cruz, I am 10 years old, and I am glad to attend school in the morning. I am a fourth-grade student. I enjoy weekends so much because I can play alongside my sister. As for health, let me tell you that I am doing well. I ask you to pray for my sister Marleny because she has not been doing well. However, I hope my grandmother can take her to the LW clinics soon. My family and I praise the Lord for all the blessings that LW-Adopt A Child provides for us, like food. I love having fried chicken for lunch the most at the feeding program. Besides that, I enjoy celebrating Christmas alongside many children there.
Let me tell you that my mom is the one who supports our family economically. So, I beg you to pray for her health and job. She works in a tortilleria business in the city. Fortunately, she is doing great. Currently, my grandmother is
in charge of my sister and me. She is healthy and keeps busy doing the household chores. My sister and I help her to raise hens to sell. We also grow corn and beans for our consumption. We are a Christian family and attend the Prince of Peace Church. Fortunately, my mom accepted Jesus as her Savior many years ago at that church. To end this letter, I want you to know that my grandmother helped me to write this for you. She is sure about her salvation and appreciates that LW is looking out for our spiritual well-being. I will leave you now, but I hope to hear from you soon.
Kind regards
Yohana Almendra Gonzalez de la Cruz
