My Story

This is Karen, and I am delighted to tell you a little about my life through this letter. I hope this finds you having a successful day. My family and I are members of the Catholic Church. We usually attend mass twice weekly. The Lord has been merciful with my family and me, and proof of that, my siblings and I are members of LW. It has been a blessing because we can enjoy delicious food there. A teacher of the evangelism team spoke with my mother to collect my last news for you. My mother, Maria Garcia, is 34 years old. Sadly, my father passed away many years ago, so my mother is the only one who supports our needs. She makes a living by cleaning a bakery.

Our priorities are food supplies.  Therefore, we try to go ahead by growing some corn and beans for our consumption. Thankfully, we are healthy. I am ten years old, and I attend school as a fourth grader. I prefer to receive face-to-face classes than studying at home because I can learn the lessons so much better. I would like to become a baker when I am older, so I hope to accomplish it. Christmastime is the best because I enjoy spending that lovely time with my family. I like drinking water, and my favorite sport is soccer. If someday I could have the opportunity to learn a new language, I would choose English. My birthday was in May, and I enjoyed it so much. What I love the most is having a delicious cake to celebrate. Thank you so much for reading my news! I leave you now, but if you want to hear something else about my life, feel free to ask me.

Many blessings,

Karen Yasmin Garcia Raymundo
