My Story

Hello! I am Karina Yohana Mishel, and I am writing these lines to introduce myself. I am an 11-year-old girl, and I am attending 4^th grade this year. I tell you that I am suffering from gastritis, but I already visited LW clinics and I am under a medical treatment; I am better now. I like spending time and playing with my oldest sister; she is my best friend. My mother is good with me, and she is the person with whom I identify most. She is a strong woman, and she works hard to improve our income. She is a day laborer, and she raises hens and pigs for selling. She helped me to write this letter.

I tell you that one of my saddest experiences has been my parents’ separation. It was a hard situation for me, but God was good with me and He consoled me; I could feel His presence in my life. My dad has another family and lives far away from us. He comes to bring us economic support every three months, and after that, we do not have any type of communication with him. At the moment, we are not attending a church. LW Evangelism team has shared God’s word with us and has encouraged us to seek a church; we hope to take a decision soon. For me, Jesus is God’s son and the one who came to this world to die for our sins. Well, this is all for now.
