My Story

I greet you with much love and I hope our Lord is taking care of you! Praise the Lord my family and I attend Catholic Church; we go on Sundays. We appreciate so much that LW staff gave us encouraging words to continue seeking God. My family and I are in good health, thanks to the Lord. My mother is Yoselin Carolina Gomez Argueta, and she is 23 years old. She does the housework and takes care of me. My father is Mynor David Monroy Lopez, and he is 25 years old. He makes a living by making terraces of concrete; he is supplying the family´s needs. We have three dogs as pets.

This is Jose David Monroy Gomez, and I am already 8 years old. I am a first-grade student; I receive classes at school and I enjoy playing with my siblings. There are times when my father does not have a job, and it makes it hard for him to supply the home and school expenses. When I grow up, I would like to be a lawyer and get a good job. I would like to learn English; I think it is a very interesting language. I like to play football in my free time; it is the sport I like the most. The climate I prefer is winter because I love rainy days. I like sodas, especially Coca-Cola which is my favorite one. My family makes me feel so special on my birthday, and if they have the resources, they prepare a lunch for me. I take this opportunity to give thanks for all support I receive through Living Water; the meals and medical care are a great blessing for me, and it is an economic savings for my parents. We need to purchase groceries and pay the rent. I send much love. Many and abundant blessings to you!
