My Story

Hello! I greet you in the name of Jesus and I wish you many blessings in your daily life. I want to share a little about my family and me in this opportunity. My mother`s name is Josefina Ruiz Ajqui. She is 32 years old. At the moment, she continues doing chores at home and she weaves typical clothes for sale and gets some income. My father`s name is Jeremias Morente De La Cruz. He is 32 years old. Nowadays, he continues living and working in the United States. Currently, he changed his job, and his income is low. He sends us some money every month, and we have communication with him.  As a humble family, our current needs are corn, groceries, and food. At the moment, we continue attending the Adventist Church every Wednesday and Saturday. We are grateful to the LW evangelism team for their encouraging words to us during the visit. As a family, we are sure of our salvation in Jesus, and we have him in our hearts.  I want to let you know that I was born with a deformity in my right eye as you can see in my picture but thank God I can see well. By the grace of God, my family and I are in good health.

I am Jeniffer Catarina Morente Ruiz. I am 10 years old.  This year I am in 4^th grade at school. I receive face-to-face classes every day. I am learning a lot with this study method and advancing my knowledge. Nowadays, my parents are making an effort to support me at school in spite of the school fees being so expensive. Sometimes, it is very difficult for them to cover every school expense. My dream is to become a merchandiser. My favorite celebration of the year is Christmas because I like to eat “tamales” (a typical dish) and see all the beautiful lights that decorate the season. I enjoy drinking orange juice. What I like for my birthday is to have delicious food for lunch and share it with my family. Among sports, I like to play soccer. My family is grateful to Living Water because I receive the meals, medical and dental attention, and spiritual support. I want to say thank you for the Christmas gift that you sent to me at the end of the year through LW.  May God bless you!
