My Story

Hello! I greet you in the name of our Lord Jesus and hope you have a wonderful and blessed day.  In this opportunity, I want to tell you a little about my family and me through this letter. My mother´s name is Edna Judith Gonzalez Fernandez. She is 43 years old. At the moment, she earns a living by working as a maid in order to support our family. As you know, my father abandoned the family 4 years ago, and she is the only one that provides for our economic needs. I want to tell you that we are attending the Catholic Church every Sunday. Thank you to the LW evangelism team who shared the gospel with us and for their encouraging words during the visit. We are very grateful to Living Water because we have been blessed with meals, medical and dental, and spiritual support. I want to let you know that we miss my father so much, but thank God when we attend the Feeding Center, we receive affection and love from the evangelism team.  As a humble family, our current needs are groceries and a bed. Thank God, my family and I are in good health.

I am Fabian Arturo Mancera Gonzalez, and I am 11 years old. This year I am in 5^th grade at school. I receive face-to-face classes every day. I am learning a lot with this study method. At the moment, my mother is making an effort to support my brother and me at school in spite of the school fees being so expensive. Sometimes, it is difficult to cover every school fee expense. I speak Spanish where I live, so I would like to learn English; I think this is a very interesting language. My dream is to become a chef. My favorite season of the year is summer because I like to play with water by taking advantage of the sunny days. I like to drink banana smoothies. What I like for my birthday is eating delicious cake only when my mother has a little extra money. Among sports, I prefer soccer. I want to tell you that I have 1 cat at home.
