Special regards from Guatemala! I fondly write this letter, hoping you find it engaging. My name is Maria Victoria Cux Ramos, and I am pleased to share that I passed second grade last year. That was a satisfying experience because it is a little difficult for me to learn my lessons and do homework. I am 12 years old, and I am doing my best as a third grader. My mother prays that I have success at school, so I kindly ask you to join her in prayers. She does a great job taking care of our family, so I love her a lot. Besides that, she raises and sells chickens to help my father with the expenses. He makes a living as a day laborer in our village.
I am so happy because my whole family and I are healthy. I get along well with my siblings, especially with Yesica. We have a lot of fun talking and eating snacks together. About our spiritual life, I want you to know that we do not attend any church at the moment. Therefore, a member of the LW staff shared a verse with my mother recently. She encouraged us to seek Jesus because He is perfect, and provides us with love and salvation. Please include my family in your prayers. This is all for now, but I want you to know that my mother and I were glad to share all this information with LW. May God bless you richly!
From the bottom of my heart,
Maria Victoria Cux Ramos
