My Story

Hello! My name is Yesica, and I am so glad to greet you by this means, and to share with you some updated information about my family and me. Thankfully, we are in good health; I am 13 years old. I am a 7th grader this year, and I like to do my homework. Some activities I like are having lunch with my family and going out for a walk on Sunday.  We are not members of any church yet, but I can certainly tell you that Jesus is the savior of my life. I feel God’s presence in every moment because He takes care of me. I have a good friend, and her name is Juanita. We have been friends since last year, we like to go out to talk and watch movies together.

About my family, I want you to know that sadly my biological father passed away due to an illness in his lungs. My mother used to have a relationship with Mr. Brayan Matzul, but they separated, and now my mother is single. Fortunately, my mother is a hardworking woman, and she struggles to cover our needs by tending her own business at home where she sells fruits; I identify with my mother, and I love her because she is patient with me. Before saying goodbye, I want you to know that we are so grateful for all the valuable support we receive at the feeding program. My mother provided this information.
