Widow/Widower
Hello! How are you? I am happy to introduce myself. This is Candelaria Cux, and I am now 82 years old. Things continue running like years before. I live with my granddaughter, Magdalena, her husband, Jaime, and their children. Mr. Jaime works as a motorcycle mechanic, and my granddaughter works hard at home; they help me to cover some of my needs. My daughter, Santos, continues living and working in the United States, and she sends me money every 20 days; she does not have much work at the moment, but she is doing her best to support me. I usually stay home alone, so I dedicate my time to clean the house; in my free time, I water my flowers and vegetables. I have planted chilis and “guisquiles”, and I sell them when they ripen.
I am fine, but there are times that I have pain in one of my knees; I have attended LW Clinic to receive medical attention. At the moment, I am not taking medicine. I am member of LW Church called Liberty, and I attend it on weekends. I have been attending this church since it was founded in Tunaja; I am one of the first members and I have been faithful. I like the feeding program activities, and one of them is Christmas celebration because I receive groceries and candies. My favorite program’s dishes are fried chicken and Chow Mein. I am very grateful to LW staff for their visit and taking my information for you. I hope to have another opportunity to write again. May God bless you!
With much love
Candelaria Cux
