My Story

Hello! I am so happy for having the opportunity to share my updated information with you through this letter. My name is Gregoria Toj Riz and I have attended the feeding program for about six years, which has been a great blessing. I tell you that my parents are grateful for the food that my sister and I can receive there for free. I also can receive Bible classes and what I like the most is singing. I am 13 years old and I am in fifth grade at school. To contribute to the household chores, I usually make tortillas, sweep, and wash the clothes. Between cold and hot weather, I prefer cold because I like wearing sweaters.

About my family, I tell you that I live with my young sister and my mother. We are all doing well, thank God. My mother is a housewife and dedicates herself to raising domestic animals for our consumption. We have cows and sheep. I tell you that my father continues working in the United States. He traveled to that country about five years ago. Fortunately, he is doing well and keeps in touch with us. He makes a living as a gardener and sends us money monthly. It is time to say goodbye, but I want you to know that brother Pablo (a member of the LW staff) recently shared the gospel with my mother as an encouragement to look for God since we still do not attend any church.
