First, thank you so much for taking the time to read my information. This is Kimberly Sarai and I am glad to share a little about my life with you. The only person with whom I live is my mother. Her name is Jenifer Estefania Chan Salazar and she is 33 years old. We do not attend any church at the moment. I am grateful to LW because the staff has always talked with us about God’s news. This project has helped many children like me in different ways, which is a tremendous blessing. An AAC member shared the gospel with my mom while he was collecting all this information for you. My mom and I used to attend a church before, so I would like to count on your prayers for us to do it again. My mom makes a living as a janitor. Thankfully, we are healthy. Covering all the expenses and needs has been hard for my mother, but she does her best to give me all the necessities. Our greatest needs are food, a new bed, and a closet.
I am in fifth grade this year. I agree to receive face-to-face classes because they help me to focus on learning more. I enjoy singing, so I would love to become a singer when I am older. I love everything related to Christmastime like ornaments and days off. I like drinking horchata (this is a typical beverage made of rice milk, sugar, cinnamon, and water). I would love to learn new languages like English and the Kaqchikel dialect. I had my eleventh birthday in June. What I love the most is spending my birthday with my cousins. I like sports, but my favorite is Karate. I say goodbye to you for now, but I hope you find my news engaging. See you later!
With much love,
Kimberly Sarai Chan Salazar
