My Story

It is my pleasure to greet you in the name of Jesus and I hope you are doing great! This time LW staff shared the gospel with us and invited us to attend Liberty church from LW and seek God; we are thinking about it. I am so thankful to God because my family and I are healthy. My father is Mynor Josue Arita Gonzalez, and he is 42 years old. He makes a living by farming the land to supply our needs. My mother is Carla Patricia Balan Patzan, and she is 38 years old. She also works as a farmer to contribute to the income. My pet is a cat. My parents have borrowed a piece of land in order to grow corn for our own consumption.

I am Melvin Josue Arita Balan, and I am 15 years old. I am a seventh-grade student; I receive classes at school and my learning is going well. Nowadays, everything is expensive, and it is hard for my parents to cover the home and school expenses because of a lack of resources. Sometimes, they do not have enough money. My desire is to study and to become a technician and electrician someday. The climate I prefer is winter because I love the chilly and rainy days. I like sodas, especially Coca-Cola which is my favorite one. The sport I like the most is football. On my birthday, my family celebrates me with a cake and a lunch; they make me feel so special. My family and I take this opportunity to give thanks for the love and support I receive through Living Water; I am so blessed and it is a great help for my family. We thank God for blessing us and providing for our daily sustenance, but the most needed items at home are groceries. And, please pray for my family. Well, this is all for now.
