My Story

I hope this letter finds you happy and healthy. This is Dominga Micaela Marisol Garcia Grave, and I turned 13 years old this year. I am a fifth-grade student. I enjoy attending the feeding program and receiving a delicious meal. I have been part of LW for seven years. I like when the water is cold because it gives us more of a chance to do more things. However, I love sunny weather too. When I come home from school, I help my grandmother do the chores. Thank God, I am in good health. I would like to sing praises at church.

Family means everything to me and I live so happily with them. Living without my mother has been difficult for all our family but God has been faithful to us. Fortunately, we are blessed to have my grandmother who takes care of the family. She earns extra money raising hens to sell. Please pray for her since she suffers from gastritis and diabetes. She receives treatment in a Public Health Center, so she feels better. I thank God for my father's life. I feel so proud of him because he does his best effort to provide for our family. He earns a living working both as a farmer and as a day laborer. We attend the Catholic Church. We appreciate that the evangelism teachers shared the gospel and encouraged us to continue trusting in God. Thank you for taking the time to read my letter. God bless you!
