My Story

Many greetings to you! I am Maria Gutierrez Gutierrez, and I am delighted to write this letter for you. I hope this finds you healthy and blessed. By the grace of God, I am in good health. I am 12 years old, and I attend school as a fifth grader in the morning. Playing soccer with my cousins is the best that I can do on weekends. Now, let me tell you about my family. My mom is a housewife and remains busy raising domestic animals at home to sell. I like feeding the hens and turkeys in my free time. We also grow corn for our consumption. My father works as a helper in the construction area. Fortunately, nobody in my family is sick. I ask you to pray for us so we keep healthy. We are members of a Charismatic Catholic group. I am so happy because I accepted Jesus as my Savior about two years ago. My parents also gave their hearts to the Lord many years ago.

Now, I want you to know that LW has impacted my life in a very positive way. Receiving medicine for free has been one of the greatest blessings for me. I also can enjoy the tasty fried chicken at the feeding program. That is my favorite food. Last year, I could receive a Christmas gift from you through the LW staff. That made me feel so loved and happy. To end this letter, let me tell you that an evangelism teacher shared the gospel with my mom. She appreciates his encouraging words. See you later!
