My Story

Hello! My name is Rosela Hamzallari. I am 12 years old and my birthday is on May 20th. I am doing well and enjoy good health. My favorite color is black and my future dream is to be an actor and play in movies. I like to be an artist. At present, I enjoy watching movies on TV and I like to see how well the actors perform in the movies. I frequent the seventh grade at school and my favorite subject is Math. When I finish school, I meet to play with my friends outside for a while. We enjoy playing volleyball after school and we take walks around and speak and have good fellowship and a lot of fun. My mother gets very busy with the housekeeping and working in the land therefore, I contribute to help her with all I can offer. I stay close to her when she works in the garden and during the time she cares for our goats. I also care for my little brother so that during the time I keep him busy playing, drawing or coloring, my mother can rest for a while after coming back from working hard.  My family and I live in Kalivac. This village is located in a remote area called Upper Mokra. Our family contains five persons. I have my father, mother and a brother and a sister. My sister and I are twins and my brother is 5 years old. My sister and I go the same class and we both study together during the evenings. My parents deal with agriculture and work in the land to provide food for consumption for our family. My parents have planted vegetables and crops for consumption for us and they have also planted alfalfa in order to have food provision for our goats. My parents shepherd and feed the goats and they collect the milk to make butter and cheese and in rare cases they sell a few goats and a few products to gain a bit more of income. My mother and father are going to start to plant the vegetable garden and we will have for consumption peppers, tomatoes, beans, etc. We live in poverty and our needs are so many. I am so thankful to the program for the packages of food that I receive while I am part of the program and frequent. My sister, brother and I go once a week to join the Bible classes of the program and we benefit food packages as support and help. God bless you in abundance for your care to me and my family.
