It is a great blessing for me to greet you through this letter; I hope you like it. I am writing you this to update my information. I tell you that I could not continue studying this year due to our low resources and because the school is located far away from my home. I only passed 6th grade. I now stay at home helping with the chores and feeding our domestic animals. I have a good relationship with my mom, and she is the member of my family with whom I identify most. I have a friend whose name is Maria Elena, and we like talking about our personal things; we became friends many years ago.
I want to share with you that one of my hardest experiences has been my father’s abandonment. It was a difficult time for us, and we were praying a lot to overcome his absence; only God could help us. My mother is a strong woman, and she has been doing her best to cover our needs; she raises cows and pigs for selling. She has established a new relationship with Mr. Manuel Jimon Rodriguez, and now, he is living with us. He works as a farmer and day laborer, and he goes to pick coffee beans at the coast from November to May. He is in good health and helps my mom financially.
As a family, we are attending a church called Full Gospel. All my church’s activities are special for us, but we love it when there are thanksgiving services for the harvest. We trust in God, and LW Evangelism team has encouraged us to continue walking along with Him. I know that Jesus came to die for our sins, and I am grateful to Him for that. Well, this is all for now. I hope to have news from you soon.
Kisses and hugs
